You can choose either a monthly or annual membership. You will automatically be re-billed each month or year, until you cancel your membership. You can cancel at anytime

Can I suspend my membership?

To suspend your account you will need to cancel your billing and then resubscribe when you would like to resume your membership. Your account will remain dormant through this time, and all of the plans you've created will be available to you when you resume your membership.

How do I renew my membership?

You don’t need to do a thing. Your subscription automatically renews each month or year until you cancel it

Cancellation and Refunds

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel at anytime. You can do this by requesting this through our contact page or through the help desk in your members area. Cancellation of your membership will stop all future billing and your account will no longer be active

Do you give refunds if I cancel in the middle of a billing cycle?

If you terminate your membership in the middle of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for any period of time you did not use in that billing cycle. Unless you are cancelling for our breach and have notified us in writing, or unless a refund is required by law

What is your refund policy?

We take customer satisfaction very seriously at SurvivalBuilder. That's why we offer a 60 day money back guarantee. If you're not entirely satisfied with your membership we will refund your subscription payment in full, as long as it is within 60 days from the date and time of purchase. To apply for a refund please contact us with all your membership details including; name, username, email address, reason why SurvivalBuilder wasn’t for you


I want to unsubscribe from emails

At the bottom of all emails we send is an unsubscribe link. Click it and you won’t hear from us again. Alternatively you can unsubscribe from all email messages in the profile settings in your members area
